SOCIAL DINNER (13.09.2025) – Bragadiru Palace Bucharest (View location)

• The registration fee includes access to the Social Dinner only for the registered participant.

• The reservation for the social dinner is guaranteed only if it’s made together with the congress registration, in the registration form.

• Registering an accompanying person for the dinner is possible in the registration form, and the fee for that person is 625 RON (125 €)

• The social dinner includes transportation from the hotel to the restaurant, a whole menu (starters, main dish and desert) plus a beverage package.

• There are also options for ovo-lacto vegetarian and vegan menus, which can be selected at the end of the registration form.

• The places available for the Social Dinner are limited, so registrations for Social Dinner will not be available after 05.09.2025. In case you will be interested in the social dinner after this date, you can ask the organizer if there are places left or if someone has cancelled.

ON SITE REGISTRATION (11-13.09.2025)

• Payment can be made only through credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

• Relevant invoice will be sent via e-mail in pdf, by request.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL FEES

• Cancellation should be notified in writing by e-mail to: [email protected]

• Cancellation received before 30.06.2025, cancellation fee of 750 RON (150 €) will apply

• Cancellation received after 30.06.2025, 50% penalty

• Cancellation received after 01.09.2025, no refund

• There is no fee for changing the name of a registered participant.
